Return Policy
At Mannat Jewels, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality artificial jewellery. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Share an unboxing video of the product showing the condition upon delivery. This video should clearly capture the packaging and the product as you open it.
- The unboxing video must be shared either via:

- If you want to return on any other reasons you should ship back the item, once it is received here we will verify and refund you deducting shipping and packing charge.
- Returns will only be accepted for items that:
- Are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Are in the same condition as delivered.
Return Timeframe
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
- The unboxing video must be submitted within this time to initiate the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, including personalized or custom orders, are non-returnable.
- Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
- Submit the unboxing video to our WhatsApp support or email.
- Our support team will review your submission and provide further instructions for returning the item.
- If approved, you will be responsible for securely packaging the product for return.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
